PROJECT
A contractor will be working to install storm water improvements at the intersection of Fruit Valley Road and NW 78th Street.  The work consists of manholes on 78th Street, and a new stormwater treatment vault in the island at that intersection.  This project will improve water quality in Chicken Creek and Vancouver Lake, and is funded by the county Clean Water Fund.

SCHEDULE AND TRAFFIC
The work will occur July and August of 2020.  The traveling public can expect delays due to lane closures on 78th Street from the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM during the contracted work.

CONSTRUCTION 
Clark County awarded the construction contract to Clark and Sons Excavation of  Battle Ground, WA, which submitted the lowest of 7 bids received.
