Certified Green Businesses demonstrate that eco-friendly practices are good for the environment and for a business’s bottom line. Embracing sustainability can improve employee morale, increase operational efficiency, and maintain a positive public image. 

Businesses that complete the Green Business certification process will be included on the Green Business Directory. Certified businesses and their sustainability practices are also highlighted on Green Business communication channels, such as social media, in our newsletter and on our website.  

Use the Green Business certification form to evaluate current practices and set meaningful goals. The application form does not automatically save. Please compile all responses in a separate document. Submit the completed form in Smartsheet.  

After the completed form has been submitted, a member of the Clark County Green Business team will reach out to schedule an in-person site visit to verify the information provided and help set goals.  

Certification is valid for 3 years. After that period, businesses eligible for recertification will be contact by a Green Business program team member with next steps. 

Morning Blend is a quarterly morning gathering to network and share ideas supporting sustainable workplaces across Clark County. They are free and open to Green Businesses, and anyone interested in making their business or workplace more sustainable.
